At Giri USA, we are dedicated to providing reliable as well as efficient shipping services. Please review the following shipping details carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

Domestic & International

All order dispatches will be processed only after receipt of full payment for all payment methods. Currently, we only ship domestically within the United States.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charge is applicable for each product and collected with the value of the product at the time of the payment. According to global shipping norms, weights listed on the product pages are actual or volumetric whichever is greater. All weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Our shipping rate is determined by the weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. The shipping charge will be collected at the time of checkout and can also be previewed before placing the order.

Estimated Shipping & Delivery Dates

Shipping and delivery time are estimated from when the order is placed and the shipping method and date chosen by the customer. Carriers may have delivery times that vary. Estimated shipping dates available at checkout.

National Shipments (Within the USA)

We offer multiple shipping methods through reputable carriers. Delivery times vary by region:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days (depending on the destination)

Please note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

International Shipments

We offer international shipping only to Canada. 

Duties, Taxes & Other Charges

The shipping charges quoted at checkout are exclusive of duties, taxes or any other charges that may be applicable at the destination country. These charges must be paid directly to the customs or shipping provider by the customer at the time of receiving the parcel.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow your package through the carrier's website.

Partial Shipment

If an order consists of multiple items and some are not immediately available, we can arrange partial shipments. Shipping charges will be adjusted and the updated cost will be communicated via email. Please note that shipping charges as well as taxes for the initial shipment will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation of pending items.

Packing of Products

Our team takes great care in packing products to ensure they arrive safely. Each product is packed according to its size, weight as well as fragility. For products weighing 5 kg or more, additional packing fees may apply. Packing charges will be included in the shipping cost for most orders, but may be quoted separately for larger or bulkier items.

Damaged Items & Shipment Issues

Despite careful handling and packing, damages during transit may occur. Giri USA cannot be held responsible for damages caused by third-party carriers. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Orders for Delicate or Custom Items

For delicate items such as Golu Dolls (paper mache and clay), clay idols such as Clay Ganesha, or custom products, special handling is required:

  • For customized idols, orders will be confirmed via email with sample images sent for approval.
  • The timeline for making custom items is approximate and may vary.
  • Additional transport costs or handling charges may apply for Delicate or Custom Items.

Returns or refund policy for Golu Dolls or Golu Steps

  • We would like to keep you informed that every golu toy ordered by you has been checked manually by our Quality check team and has been found in best condition and is defect free.
  • Our packing team has also packed your order with utmost care to ensure that the Toys reach you in perfect condition.
  • We select the most reputed shipping partners and follow all special operating procedures to ensure that the toys reach you in perfect condition.
  • Golu Toys are delicate in nature and sometimes, despite our best efforts in packing, they may get damaged in transit which is completely beyond our control.
  • If a Toy has got damaged in transit it causes as much pain to us as much as it causes to you and truly hope that you believe this as there are more than 25 people who have worked behind the scene to make your shopping experience a memorable one.
  • We seek your cooperation incase the Golu Toys have got damaged in transit and dont hold GIRI accountable for the irrecoverable loss.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, you must contact us within 24 hours to update the address. Once the order is processed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure that the shipping details provided during checkout are correct.
